The main difference between commercial fencing and residential fencing is the gauge of the metal or the thickness of the fence material. Often, commercial properties require a higher level of security, and our commercial-grade fencing is manufactured to be stronger overall. Within commercial-grade fencing, there are multiple levels of strength and for some fence materials, industrial-grade fencing can also be installed, which possesses an even higher level of security and strength.

We highly recommend having a physical survey done prior to installing a fence on your business or commercial property. Fence placement is the responsibility of the customer and moving a fence down the line can be costly. We recommend having the survey completed so our experts can make sure it is installed correctly the first time.

The cost of your commercial fencing will be dependent on the type of fence material, style, and grade you choose. Normally, commercial-grade fences are built to a higher degree of strength to give optimal security for your space. When you choose commercial-grade fencing, it will reflect a higher price point than the residential versions of the same type, but overall, you can analyze your needs and compare our entire line of fencing products to determine what fits your needs and budget best!

Many fences available in Texas are great for security purposes. The level of security and protection you need will help determine which type of fence will fit your company's needs. All types of fences can create a secure border to protect your business property, equipment, and employees. Most commonly, chain link fences and aluminum fences are used for commercial-grade security. Within those types of fences are different gauges, or thicknesses, of the fence material that provides a greater amount of protection. QUESTIONS ABOUT WOOD FENCES

Wood fences are the most popular type of fence in North Richland Hills and the surrounding area. This is primarily because wood fences offer a great balance of price, quality, and visual appeal. For many North Richland Hills homeowners, there is simply no other type of fence that captures their style and “look” like a wood fence.

Generally speaking, wood fences are an economical choice for North Richland Hills property owners. Prices of wood fences in North Richland Hills fluctuate as the price of wood fluctuates. The specific size and style of wood fence can also impact the cost. For a specific price quote on your wood fence, please CONTACT US online or give us a call at (817) 304-1574.

Wood fences can stand-up to high winds, harsh weather, dogs, kids, and almost anything you can throw at them - which is why they are such a popular choice in North Richland Hills and the surrounding area. A properly installed wood fence can take a tremendous beating before breaking or failing. With our workmanship warranty, you can be sure that your wood fence is ready for just about anything!

We meet or exceed all industry guidelines for the installation of wood fences. The key to the strength of any fence is in the posts. A properly set post will anchor the fence tightly and enable it to withstand a tremendous amount of pressure from high winds, kids, or anything else you “throw” at it. That is why we set our posts 24 inches deep using 40 lbs. of cement for each post! This is considerably more than many of our local competitors which is why we are one of the top wood fence contractors in the North Richland Hills, Texas area.

Wood fencing is totally appropriate for providing privacy around the perimeter of any North Richland Hills, Texas property - whether it has a pool or not.

Many homeowners will also protect the immediate area around the pool itself. In this case, we typically recommend either aluminum fencing or vinyl fencing - both of which will not be damaged by the moisture associated with a pool area. The moisture of pool areas can create a challenge for wood fences that are too close to the pool itself. Constantly wet wood is not the best situation for a long-lasting fence.

Most towns across Texas do not require permits for any type of fence 6ft tall or less in the back yard or 4 ft. or less in the front yard. As fencing experts in North Richland Hills and the surrounding area, we will consult with you about your specific situation and guide you through the permitting process if you do happen to need a permit for your fence.

As with any company, we do have slight variations in how busy we are at any given time. Generally speaking, we can usually begin a new wood fence in North Richland Hills within about 2 weeks, however we will let you know for sure when we talk to you about the specifics of your fencing project. Once we begin, most wood fences are completed the same day. We do everything we can to limit the amount of inconvenience you may experience during the project, so if we cannot finish the project that very same day, we will be back the following days to finish it up. If you happen to have a very large property, we will work out a schedule with you that minimizes your inconvenience.

We recommend you seal your fence in order to prolong the beauty of your investment. This can be done either by purchasing a penetrating sealant of your choosing and applying per the directions or by hiring a contractor.

It is also important to keep your fence clean and free of debris along the bottom of the fence. Prolonged exposure to piles of wet leaves or debris can greatly increase the likelihood of rot and/or insect damage.

Our fence posts are set with Sakrete brand concrete. This is important in the North Richland Hills area for two reasons:

  1. Sakrete costs a bit more than mixing concrete ingredients by hand, but it results in a consistent blend of portland cement, sand and gravel. By using Sakrete we are using a product that is tested for an average of 4000 psi. Some fence companies will buy ingredients individually to cut costs.
  2. Sakrete is backed by an actual concrete company. Fencing contractors that cut costs by mixing ingredients individually have inconsistent mixes from post to post and have no recourse if the concrete mixture fails.

We use a ring shank galvanized nail. This nail is designed to grip the wood and allow for only minimal bleed. Because a nail is metal and bleeding is inevitable even with a galvanized coating, we counter sink the nail into the picket in an attempt to direct the bleed into the center of the picket versus down the face. If you would prefer screws, we are willing to use them on your fence; however, it is not recommended. Using screws will drive the cost of the fence up because there are more man hours required during installation.

Screws are also more likely to bleed than nails even if they are galvanized. The reason there is more bleed is because as the screw is screwed into the wood, the galvanized coating is stripped off of the screw either from the wood itself and/or the drill tip.

We offer a 2 year workmanship warranty on all wood fences we install in the North Richland Hills, Texas area. We also offer a lifetime warranty on the metal post to not be out of plumb over 2 inches due to the workmanship or we will repair it free of cost. This warranty covers the wood fence and the gate.

While pressure treated pickets and pine pickets are not recommended in Texas, we do offer this due to customers wanting to stay within a certain budget. However we always let our customers know that cedar is the best option for their North Richland Hills property.

We offer Postmaster posts as an upgraded option. Postmasters are a great option that offers the same strength as standard metal post but adds a more aesthetically pleasing appearance by hiding the post in the fence.

Yes! We use home-grown American lumber and hardware for all of our wood fences across Texas.
